Derrick McCoy is a compassionate and down-to-earth licensed acupuncturist of seven years and a licensed expert massage therapist with over 15 years of experience. Combining his background in engineering and business with his holistic healing knowledge, Derrick guides his clients towards inner peace and optimal well-being, empowering them to heal and transform their lives.
His first experiences learning how to motivate people came as a football captain at The McDonogh School in Maryland. After working hard to receive a Congressional appointment to the United States Naval Academy, he further honed his leadership skills learning to lead sailors while serving as a commissioned officer in the Unites States Navy aboard the USS Nimitz aircraft carrier. Following his transition into civilian life his journey into holistic healing began. Derrick's gift for creating rapport, tuning into and feeling a person's unique energy and addressing deep challenges with ancient wisdom and practices led him to develop his unique nononsense approach to healing. Derrick is committed to empowering individuals to overcome adversity, reconnect with their bodies, and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery.
